IBSL was founded in response to a recurring challenge: organisations set clear direction, commit resources and effort, and still struggle to achieve the intended results.
Between us, we had spent years on both sides of that gap — setting strategy within organisations and advising organisations whose strategies struggled to translate into results. We built IBSL to address the part that was consistently left unattended.
